Just got HDTheatre, Couple questions
Howdy guys, Im excited, I just purchased 2 HDTheatres. I hope to replace my sagetv pc I have set-up currently and Im hoping the setup and config is easier on me.
I hope you guys don't mind I have a small question. How is the HDMI output? Will I have any issues passing Dolby 5.1 thru it. For some reason I cant seem to get this done with a pc setup, I suspect it is the PC causing me issues currently. **EDIT** Man I need to edit my sig, None of that is correct anymore, lol.

Yep. I use Dolby 5.1 on my two HD200. In one I use Optical out to my receiver, and the other I use the HDMI to my receiver (which then passes the HDMI on to my tv). Both work perfectly.

Hi,
Sounds like a sweet setup. You should have no probs. Upgrade firmware to latest beta, Audio Out to Bitstream, and all should be good. Cheers. Last edited by MrFusion; 08-23-2009 at 06:41 AM. Reason: typo
