Scanning Line on Bottom of Video

Hello, I just purchased SageRecorder and really like it so far!

There is one problem however. When watching the recorded mpg files there is a small rectangle or rectangles that scan along the very bottom of the video, almost like when you capture video from video tape.

I am capturing from DishNetwork and there should not be such lines. They do not show up on the video once burned to dvd and played on televison (Because of overscan).
Is there a way to fix these rectangles or am I just stuck with them? I have attached a JPG to show what I mean. Thanks

I know in SageTV there are zoom settings that come at 107% by default to cut off the parts that are normally there and removed by your TV's overscan. See if you can find a zoom setting in SageRecorder.

TheThinMan you can't remove thoses line becuase thoses line come from broadcaster it self some broadcaster do and better job then other I take you record from that AMC or TCM channel and as mlbdude point out your TVset just dose overscan so you not see thoses line unless you take front cover that covering that tube or size it to rigth HxW 720x480 but even HDTV do some overscan so it nothing new.
