ghosting/motion blur

anyone noticing more of it with the .14 release?

i think it's probably my setup (hardware) but with all things being equal except the build used i'm seeing this quite a bit now.

not defragged in a while though so maybe that's to blame?

using 3.25gb/hr, sonic with dxva, radeon ve dvi connection, 920x500p, overlay to render.
