Another network share thread

I’ve read through and post I could find about setting up Network browsing through the hd200 but so far with no success.

I’ve got all the systems in my network using the same workgroup. I’ve enabled the guest account on each of them (XP Pro) and given the guest account permission on the acl for each share. From each computer in the workgroup I can see all the systems including the extender that’s been set up with the same workgroup and as a windows file server.

From the HD 200 however, in stand alone mode, I get an invalid directory immediately whenever I select folders (network file browser) and then “browse the local network.” I don’t see a workgroup listed nor do I see any of the systems in the workgroup. In extender mode, same thing, when I try and add an import directory, I select network and get Invalid Directory.

Is there something I'm missing? Any help would be apreciated
