WHS version & service login info?

Am I crazy, or wasn't there a note that the Sage installer wasn't supposed to set the service back to the Local System account any more? I'm using the WHS version, upgraded from .17 to the .18 RC, and again had to reconfigure my Sage user on the service. Did this not pertain to the WHS version, and only the standard server branch, or should I file a bug report?

Got this back from support:

Code:
We only did that for the regular installer; not for the WHS version since
WHS is headless and people would only rarely be modifying that setting on
WHS.

So I guess WHS users will have to continue to reset the username information on updates (drat ).

I have not needed to reset my WHS service's user account through any of the upgrades I've done for Sage. I'm currently running the .16 beta and have a "SageTV" account that the service uses. I may be installing the .18 RC this week, so I'll keep an eye on the service account.

Drat indeed

I keep having to set the "Allow service to interact with desktop" option to get the Watch Now feature of the NetFlix plugin to work every time I upgrade SageTV. C'mon SageTV, why not make all of the Windows installers consistent?

Here, here! I have to keep setting that too. And I usually only remember when I try to start watching it. Consistency between the installers please.

I don't know how you're keeping it the same, it happily resets my settings every time I upgrade Sage to a newer version. I have about a 50/50 chance of remembering to reset it before someone 'reminds' me that it needs to be done, lol.
