WTNH - No EPG Data in Sage but in Cable and OTA listings

I haven't been able to obtain any EPG data for WTNH which I see exists in a cable and OTA lineup on the Zap2It website. I tried different mappings as I see there is a WTNH-DT and a WTNHDT but neither provide future or past listings although the current show sometimes lists the EPG data which I assume is being transported on the stream.

So the only workaround that I found was to link the channel to WABCDT out of New York which will provide most of the same listings when it comes to prime time shows but not all listings will be accurate. Is there a better solution? Shouldn't a network listed in both Cable and OTA have EPG data downloading when I see EPG data for both on the Zap2IT website?

You said WTNH was on a cable listing on the Zap2it site? What about WTNHDT? If so...

When you try remapping another station to the physical channel, do you see multiple listings for "WTNHDT" (exact text; no dashes)? If so...

Are you using the latest v6.5.17 beta? If so, it has a new remapping menu where you can use the options command to filter out non-Zap2it provided stations in order to help you find the one that actually has EPG info.

If the channel really is on a Zap2it cable lineup & is not available in SageTV, then see this FAQ (at the bottom of that post):

My Program Guide is listing incorrect info for some channels and/or shows. I am using the built-in data which comes from Zap2It. Is there some way to see about getting this fixed?

Thanks Andy for this info.

The cable lineup has WTNH and WTNHDT. I also noted that the channel remap had multiple WTNHDT listings so I unchecked allowing channels without EPG data and bingo...NO WTNH at all. Guess I have to ask Sage to correct Zap2It.

Does this issue get resolved often?
