Changing channels with dual HD PVRs

What are my options for changing channels with dual HD PVRs and dual DCT 6200 STB? My cable provider has disabled the Firewire ports on the STB so that option is not available.

SageTV software works with the Hauppage IR blaster when using a single HD PVR but when both units are online, SageTV software is not able to change the channel or either STB.

Do I need to purchase two UIRT or do I need a different IR blaster program that is capable of handling two blasters simultaneously?

XW8200 /w 4Gig RAM (Dedicdated Server)
Vista (32bit) Ultimate.
FX3400
Dual Hauppage HD PVR.
Sagetv 6.5.

The MCE remote IR blasters work with some 3rd party programs.
By far the most popular solution seems to be the USB UIRT. You only need one as it can control up to 2 zones.
