UK Newbie - Needing help!

I am trying to set up SageTV, and I have followed the configuration wizard. I have a Hauppauge HVR4000 card which works fine on WintV 7. When I get to the Source Setup Wizard, I seem to get stuck, (However, I may not understand the process). When I get to select the device, there are none shown so I choose "Add New Source", This brings up 2 Hauppauge options. 1. Hup.... Video. and Haup.... TS. I have tried both and what I find is that the "Video" option seens to tune to the analogue terrestial aerial. I see the channels and pictures as I select up and down. (Not what I am interested in!) Trying the TS option asks me to wait whilst it tunes and I can see the video. Here it all goes pear shaped and just seems to stick. The main flash message disappears after about 30 secs and then the screen still carries a "wait" message.

Do I need some sort of configuration file to tell the Sage TV where to look for the satellite signals? I am really stuck and I don't know how to proceed. I know I have a few fights ahead to get the EPG data into the system, but should I have done this before I went through the Source Setup Wizard?
Please help me!!!! I am trying to get the freesat and HD channels working.

After selecting the input & it tries showing the preview window for that input, can you continue or is it locked? As long as it isn't locked, just continuing should be fine.

If the dialog is still visible telling you it is tuning a channel, just use the Options command to try to close it -- Escape, Ctrl+o, Right mouse click, Options button on remote.

(In the future, it won't even show the preview for a digital tuner at that poont.)
