Feature request: warn before delete if file was Back-to Back

Would it be possible for a pop-up warning to let us know if we are deleting a file that had it's padding removed because it was a back-to-back recording?
Does that make sense?
I have had files delete themselves as I'd watched them, only to find out later they either contained the end or begining of another favorite on them!
It's worse if it contained the end!!!

I think a better solution to that problem would be general-purpose trashcan/undelete mechanism that would let you retrieve a file that was mistakenly deleted for whatever reason.

I've been warming to the idea of a trash can for deleted shows. I think it's possible to come up with a hack that would add the trash can to Sage via a plugin, but it seems like it would be pretty easy to add to the core. Basically it would just piggy back off the current auto-delete mechanism by moving semi-deleted video files to the top of the auto-delete queue, and changing the UI a bit so the main recordings screen doesn't show deleted files and adding a trash can screen.
