Different filter being used than expected

Why does my instance of Sage use different filters/decoders than what GraphEdit/GraphStudio says it should be using (when both rendering the same file)?

Sage uses Haali (can see the icon in the taskbar) when playing back DivX/AVI files. GraphStudio says "DivX Decoder Filter" and I know it's not Haali because when I right click on the filter box and select properties it brings up a DivX filter instead.

Why can't Sage have a config scren where it says "If playing back file type X use codec X"?

You can choose filters per mediatype in the client properties file.

so any ideas why Sage isn't using Haali but every other media player on the computer is?

Yes, I do have DirectShow enabled within the Details config screen as well as within the Sage.Properties file. The file is in MKV format.

I'm away from the Sage machine for a couple of days. I'll post more on the problem in a few...
