Help with second HDHR Tuner

I am having troubles getting my second tuner in my HDHR to work with SageTV, all it is giving me is a No Signal box. I assigned the channel numbers and names in the HDHR utility as it told me to (both are attached to QAM Digital Cable), and from what I can tell, I only have to configure those once right? When I run a scan in SageTV for the 2nd tuner, it says that it find the programs, but all it displays is "No Signal". Any troubleshooting ideas? I am running the trial version of SageTV.

You need to scan both tuners in the HDHR utility. Make sure to use the drop to switch to the second tuner and scan it.

Ok, I selected my tuner (Tuner 1016340E-0) and clicked scan. It completed the scan and still had all my channels listed. I clicked apply then Ok. When I am adding the tuner to SageTV, which programming option should I select?

Please follow these instructions for each HDHR tuner, exactly as written:
