What happens when you play the MP3 in graphedit?
It will tell you what decoder windows is using so you won't have to keep guessing. |

Is drive X a network share? You might need to change to UNC paths. It looks like this person had a similar problem:

I will try that
Drive X is a network share
So, I will try that. What is confiusing to me is that everything except for "My Music" worked great before I loaded Divx, this is the only program I loaded before this problem started.. I have tryed uninstalling Divx but that did not make a difference... I will try your suggestion though, the error though (cplayerdata.cpp); is that a java error? |

Tryed it, but didn't work
Ok, changed it to a UNC path and I am still having the same issue...
I know it it has got to be something easy, All this music plays fine outisde of Sagetv with "Windows Media Player". Anything else I should check? I know there seems to be an issue with "cplayerdata.cpp". What is this? Is this just because it can't find the right decoder to use??? Just a little more information, I am trying to go through a digital out "DirectSound\: Digital Output Device (SPDIF) (High Definition Audio Device)" Realtek.... |
