Manually Change STV
Ok, so I hosed myself this morning.
I was changing the stv and I picked the wrong one. SageTV is a totally black screen. Therefore, I can't use the interface to pick the correct stv. Is there a way to manually change the stv? Is there a properties file somewhere that I can just enter the location of the stv that I need? Or do I need to re-install everything? Thanks for any help.

The easiest thing would probably be to delete the STV= line from the properties file while SageTV isn't running.
If you don't know what properties file to edit, this FAQ should help figure it out. - Andy
