Mine has just gone back, goes black after the splash screen and doesnt respond to anything, will work for a short time after de-bricking only to lock up and fail to boot.

Anyone have any luck fixing this? I have been a sage user with a few extenders for a few years now. Lately I get these extenders that when I reboot it takes hours(I am not kidding) to get past the splash screen. When I reboot the PC I need to power cycle the extenders. One of my extenders is getting stuck on the first screen. It goes to the first screen and stays there.. but when I wake up in the morning it is fine. All is good unless I need to reboot my pc...

Looks like if they don't boot at all they need to go home if you've tried everything listed on the forums here and that doesn't fix it.

I guess you are right in that if you leave it overnight and you dont get a boot then the problem might be differnt.. However some food for thougt. When mine did boot up this morning, after 4 hours I noticed it was showing a screen saver of my receipts folder(I own a construction biz and scan in tons of receipts). I had some open shares to my receipts folder as I was taking a backup recently across machines. I kill all those shares, changed the screen saver option to sage logo, and changed import directory managment to manual. I also gave the unit a static up. Next reboot it came right up.. So one of those things was the solution for me. If you never get a boot not sure any of this will help you.. but if you can get a slow booter to load maybe look toward those things

I got my fixed HD200 back from Sage and it works perfectly now - setup was normal without a hitch. They really did just fix my box because it still had the little piece of black electrical tape covering 95% of the LED's that I originally put on.
