SageTV 6.0.16 starts full screen on boot

I've been running SageTV for years now and LOVE it! I've been upgrading ever since 2.x on through 6.0.15 with very few problems. I just got a brand new computer this weekend and decided to do a fresh install of everything, so I installed SageTV 6.0.16 and set everything up. I set it to startup in my systray like always, but everytime I boot into Windows XP, Sage starts in full-screen mode. "ui/startup_type=2" is in both .properties files. Can someone help? Is there a command-line argument I can use to force it into sleep mode?
