hvr-2250 crashes when channel scanning

I just got this card a week ago and for the most part it works well. Except I can't seem to get all 4 sources set-up (2 analog and 2 digital). After I add the analog tuner, I add the digital tuner (both on analog #1), copy the channel line-up, and scan for channels. Every time it crashes Sagetv with this error

If I use analog #1 for analog and analog #2 for digital all is well. I tried serveral different drivers including the lastest version and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Anyone else experience this issue with the 2250?

Are you using beta drivers or the original ones that came with the CD when you installed the 2250? When I upgrade to beta drivers for the 2250, and scanned the analog digital channels, my system froze.. but I don't recall that specific error message.

I would recommend using hwclear.exe, reinstall the original drivers 4.7 (or d/l from their website) and try it again.

Another suggestion for the digtal channel scan, is to setup a new channel lineup since the digital channel scan, will not see any of the analog channels. I personally have 1 channel lineup for analog, and 1 for digital.
