SageTV server doesn't reconnect to network encoder
Hi,
I'm testing my soon to be released webradio network encoder. I notice that I can stop and start the encoder several times and SageTV manages to find it. But then occasionally it cannot: Wed 3/18 12:22:38.912 Called Seeker.requestWatch(A[3441420,3430170,"Toby Anstis",31464@0318.10:00,180]) hostname=UIManager:localhost@@000dfe0bb110-161bfa3 Wed 3/18 12:22:38.912 findBestEncoderForNow(A[3441420,3430170,"Toby Anstis",31464@0318.10:00,180] record=false host=UIManager:localhost@@000dfe0bb110-161bfa3) Wed 3/18 12:22:38.913 requestWatch can't find an encoder to use The only fix seems to be start and stop the server or open a SageTV client. Is there any way I can force SageTV to have a proper look for my network encoder? Michael

Hey Michael,
One answer is to go to source set up and select your network encoder. That forces a reconnection.
