How do I get other decoders to appear?
Hi,
Currently my setup lists intervideo and the sageTV decoders for display. I hope I am using the right term, I am posting at work and can't look at the display.. anyway.. I have installed other mpeg players but not had anything new show up. For instance, I tried to install the ATI media player on my computer. Nothing I do seems to show up as a selection in SageTV. Is there something else I need to do to "register" other mpeg rendering software with sageTV? Currently I am using intervideo in overlay. I used the registry suggestion and turned Hwmc = 1. If I turn Dxva = 1 then it will not display on the seconday monitor (my tv..). I thought it might be interesting to try other mpeg decoders but am not having much luck getting those to pop up in SageTV. Thanks, Chris
