SageTVTranscoder.exe problem - converting ASF files (from 6.4.9-to last beta version)
since ver.6.4.08 any new version after has a problem with "SageTVTranscoder.exe". It can not transcode ASF files say to MPEG (at least, ASF->MPEG... I didn't check any other formats). Transcoding is just stuck on halfway and hangs for indefinite time. The only way I go around this problem is just exchanging the "SageTVTranscoder.exe" of each new version onto "SageTVTranscoder.exe" taken from the version 6.4.08. Which transcodes ASF files in no time and without any trouble.

yes, I am using now 6.5.11 beta with "SageTVTranscoder.exe" from 6.4.08.
That's why I start asking for help. I was hoping maybe it would be fixed, but so many versions came out since 6.4.08 and the problem stays.

Have you filed a bug report so that SageTV could follow up on it? If not, please do so.

yes... probably i have to file a bug report...
in fact, it might not Sage problem but the problem of FFmpeg.exe or ajustment of incorporation of FFmpeg.exe as SageTVTranscode.exe in SageTV software.
