Alternative codec to playback HDPVR files

Anyone successfully used something like windvd or powerdvd codecs to playback HDPVR files inside sage? I have "windvd 9 plus bluray" and cant get the .ts files that hdpvr generates to playback in sage. i'm trying to steer away from arcsoft as their install causes me a lot of other problems. Ideally, i'd like to use a codec that is purevideo enabled as I have a Geforce 9300M motherboard which plays h.264 HD video inside the windvd player VERY well with super low CPU usage (10%).

Running on Windows Server 2008 32bit with Desktop Experience installed so I should be pretty equivalent to Vista 32bit.

I believe the latest CoreAVC decoder supports the Nvidia hardware acceleration. I actually have ATI 2600-based cards with the CoreAVC video decoder on both my clients and the HDPVR shows play perfectly.
