How do I do a "refresh"? I thought as much, but I could not find where I would do that - unless "Refresh Import Media" is what you're referring to, in which case that seems a bit misleading since my Media Import folders are separate from my Recording folders, and it's the media in the Recording folders that has changed (been converted). |

I am new to video processing and this tool so please pardon my ignorance. Before letting the application loose on my recordings I decided to do a manual test or two. I have attached two pics and I guess this is an issue with cropping, it looks too much to me.
I am guessing that it is possible to have the files processed without so much (or any?) cropping because after seeing this issue and not knowing much I dl something called StaxRip and ran the same file through and the resulting file did not have the same issue as the pic attached. I rather use MS because it is Sage specific/related/whatnot so the question is how do I tell it not to autocrop? I have tried modifying the mediashrink.defaults but it seems that whatever parameters are in the auto encode override that. I have seen the suggestion on this post but that line is not in the current auto encode file: http://forums.sage.tv/forums/showthr...&postcount=491 I want to be able to run the same file without auto crop and see what it looks like in the end. Thanks.
