Upgraded to 6.5.9 But Version is wrong

This must be something very simple but I cannot see what I did wrong.

1. Made Backup copy of C:\Program Files\SageTV\SageTV
2. Ran SageTV_V6_5_9Setup.exe (installed oveer old directory)
3. Opened SageTV to check if it ran and all features were as previously and everything was fine.
4. Closed Sage TV to look at properties file
5. version=6.5.3.194

So what did I do wrong? I looked at the C:\Program Files\SageTV\SageTV program directory and there does not seem to be any new files in there.

I had this happen with a couple versions of Sage, I noticed it when the files in the common folder were not updated. The solution was to uninstall Sage and then install the new version. Since doing that upgrading has been fine. Its like something in the Sage installer stopped working.

Just incase, the things I looked at in an attempt to fix my problem were:

1. Made sure Sage service is not running (and no Sage processes in Taskman)
2. Checked folder permissions for the Sage directory to make sure my account had full control permissions.
3. Ensured no other processes were using the Sage folders for anything (kind of strange, but there are times that if Girder is running I can not overwrite some files in the Sage folder. Very strange)

Of course none of these were my actual problem, but thought you might want to check anyway. I guess the Sage installer sometimes gets messed up in what it is doing (corrupt file that uninstalling removes maybe?).

I got an error message that something was wrong with the Sage installation and then knew I had to remove the Sage Installation and Re-Install. This fixed the problem.
