Is there an easy way to say add 1000 to an entire channel lineup? I have both satellite and cable and I don't like having the same channel numbers in the guide so I want to add 1000 to separate them.

There might be a way to edit the properties file, but I've never tried it so I'm not really sure if any logical channel info is in the database too, which would make that exercise pointless.

Anyway, what is your situation? Do you have something like WBOB on one source and WEVE on another source both at, say, channel 30, or do you have WBOB on both sources, but want to give one source's WBOB a different number? If the latter, then renumbering won't do anything because same-named stations are merged & listed just once in the guide.

I'm in Canada and I have both Shaw and Bell so the channel numbers are the same but contents of the channels are different. In the guide it will show two channels 30s etc. I'd like to have it so the channels from each source are grouped together, ie by adding 1000 to one set.
