Usual USB-UIRT shipping/delivery time

I recently added a HD-PVR to my system which already has two HVR-1600s which totally broke Hauppauges IR Blaster. From all of my research most people were not able to get this to work since Hauppauges software is took stupid to figure out what Blaster port to use.

I broke down and ordered a USB-UIRT since its officially supported by Sage and most people seem to be happy with it. My only disappointment is I can't get them to tell me when it will chip. I have had several emails with them asking other technical questions and in each of them I have also asked when it will ship but no response that that question.

I really want to get this HD-PVR fully working but right now I have to manually change the channel on the Comcast STB.

When it ship you should get email with a tracking number like ever one else you have wait in line for paper work, boxing to go thougth.

Who did you order it from?

I ordered mine from the USB-UIRT site and it took bloody forever.

I regret not ordering it from here.

I did not even realize I could order it right from Sage but not matter since its out of stock with them. I ordered it straight from USB-UIRT. The biggest thing I mind is the non-response to my question. If it takes a few weeks then I'll have to suffer but not knowing is annoying.

Yeah, I waited a couple weeks with no replies to any of my emails. I even went as far as posting open questions in the forums there. (still no reply) It finally arrived 3 1/2 weeks after ordering with no reason why so late.

Take in count that the USB-UIRT is hot device that also support by lot's other product I'm sure Jon Rhees has hard time keep up with the order's.
I think there still being hand made he not a big Manufacturer.

I fully understand the small operation vs large demand aspect. But if you know shipping is backed up as simple auto-reply to people questioning why they paid 50 bucks and have not heard anything from the sender is not out of line to ask for.

I just bought one last week from the USB-UIRT site. It got here in about a week, maybe a little less. I got the tracking email the day AFTER it arrived, kinda funny.

You just have to order it and have faith it will show up I guess. I have not heard of any one NOT getting their USB-UIRT.
