Issue with SageTV Channel tuning ...

I been using SageTV for over a year now and I am trying to set up my brother SageTV trial to see if he like it to buy one. He got a gateway computer with core2 cpu (I don't remember the model #) and it come with Windows Media and a HD tuner card with inputs.

We got the SageTV working with HD tuner / MCE Remote with no problem and also it works with input from a Dish Network reciever into the HD Tuner input using URIT to change Dish Reciever channels but there a problem with the picture freezing sometime after several channel changes.


When we change channel then the picture would finally freeze up but you can still hear the audio so we know the channel was changed sucessfully on the Dish Network reciever so we have to go to one of the HD channel on the tuner card then back to Dish Network channel to unfreeze the picture.

SageTV is not locking up because we can naviagate around in SageTV with no problems just the picture freeze when changing channels so we have to choose one of the HD tuner channel then back to input Dish Reciever channel to unfreeze it.

Any idea what may be causing this? a setting we overlooked?
