frq file problems.

I'm currently trying to edit my frq file to get a few sky channels working again, but my first problem is that the frq file has no relevance to the channels in my channel lineup.

For instance, channel 423 in my frq file is sci-fi channel,

but when I go to channel lineup, it's listed as 'live roulette' channel
There are loads of channels like this. Anyone got any idea what's going on?
