HVR-2250 Reception issues
This really isn't a Sage issue, but I thought I would give you guys a shot.
I recently built a new system that has 2 - HVR-2250's in it. When I hook them up to the antenna, it can only find 1 HD OTA channel. When I hook up my DVICO gold usb to same splitter to the same antenna, I get 11 HD OTA channels. I have the same problem in WinTV6 and Sage. It just seems like the 2250's can't find any channels. I am running the 4.7 drivers for the 2250's. I am capturing s-video fine from the 2250's, so they do work. I sent Hauppauge a support request already. Any ideas I can try? Dennis

go to the Hauppauge ftp site for the 2250 (ftp.hauppauge.com/support/HVR2250) and try the latest pre-release drivers. I'm using the ones in 081219_22xx_7.5.6.26354.PreRelease.zip, and they really improved the channel detection in Sage. I see there is a newer version; I'll have to give it a try.
