Compare Recorded shows to whats on disk
Does anyone know of a simple way to compare the shows on the disks (three) to what Sagetv knows about. It sure seems to me there are way more shows on my three hard drives than appear in the recorded shows. Is there some sort of reconsile program?

There's an XML generator plugin that will create an XML metadata file for every recording in the database. (I believe the web server plugin can do this as well.) Once that's done you can eyeball the directory listing in Windows Explorer looking for .mpg files that don't have a matching .xml file. (Or write a script to do the comparison.)

If there are files in the recording directories that are not in the Sage database then they appear as Imported Videos. Just look under Imported Videos....
