Changing channels on HD100, changes liveTV channel on HTPC?

So the GF was surfing the web and watching the news on tuner2 (on the PC), while I was watching sports in HD on tuner1 in the living room(on HD100). I changed the channel and her channel changed also...but it still displayed that she was watching the news on tuner1.....its like the tuners are getting crossed?

FIXED: A reboot of BOTH the PC anf the HD100 seemed to fix the problem for now...Mods, can you please delete? Thanks
