Sage client lagging when recording through guide.

Running into difficulty with this one.

Current network consists of the following

Sageserver
2 clients(one xp pro one vista home premium. The XP system has lower specifications)

Server consists of 2 150's and a single 250 along with a hd homerun. The XP client can tune and view the channels fairly quickly, hdhomerun channels take about 3 seconds. Vista on the regular channels take about 10 seconds to view, hd homerun channels I can watch the recording bar at the bottom move across but its like I am in external pause mode.

After removing Sagmc and doing a fresh client install this is the error I get with the HD home run channels when I go to add

error in plaback.details:
sage.PlaybackException: ERROR (-4.0x80040266). There was a problem rendering the video portion of the content for playback.
With that being said I can't even add the HDhomeruns anymore. I removed them and went to re-add them and can no longer do so.

What is your video renderer? VMR, VMR9 or Overlay? Whatever it is change it and try again.

Gerry
been trying that and nothing.

Here is another thing I have noticed, sage lags out when I try to watch one of the HD channels. It will actually lag out and crash sage but....

edit 1 If I record the channel then wait about 5-10 seconds I then go back in and watch the channel with no lag. I can live with the issue but the WAF is very low with HD homerun and I just updated to the latest drivers that were released yesterday.
edit 2 Didn't work this morning, HDhomerun seems to be very finicky.
