HD-PVR and SageTV Service Mode

When I originally started using HD I had to quit running Sage as a service - it would periodically start stuttering. I have been recording via Firewire from one HD STB.
I have two HD-PVR's coming in tomorrow so that I can go two two HD sources and end my EPG woes of having one manually configured EPG for the non-hd boxes which will be going away.
Is anybody using HD-PVR's with SageTV service on a server that is also used for playback?

I had mine setup that way until I moved everything to one WHS server and use the HD200 attached to the tv now. It worked fine. I've had to replace my HDPVR twice and I still occationally have it hang up (maybe once per week) where I have to turn off its power for an hour or so and let it cool down. I don't think it handles its own heat very well, I have a C3 version and it doesn't have vent holes. I read somewhere the D models have vent holes in the bottom, seems to me the top would be sort of important too. Anyway, having the HDPVR on the same machine you watch TV from worked fine for me. The only reason I changed it was to get all that stuff out of the living room to help with the WAF.

I use my HD-PVR on my headless server which runs SageTV as a service. I don't also use that system as a client though. The HD-PVR runs fine with SageTV as a service.
