Two TV's on Extender....

Have Sage installed on a PC next to my Sony in the living room.

Have a TV in the bedroom.

I want to watch the same thing, at the same time, on the TV in the living room and the bedroom.

Will the Extender let me do this?

Should I keep the living room TV connected to the PC and have the extender handle the bedroom TV?

Not completely sure I understand the question correctly, but yes, you can watch the same TV program or recording on two different clients at the same time. Your existing PC is one client, and the extender is another. Each client will have its own playback stream with independent pause/rewind controls.

If you're asking whether you can hook two TVs to one extender and have them play back in sync, I think that's possible as well, but I haven't actually tried it.

And if the question is can you sync playback between the PC and the extender, the answer is - only as well as you can hit "play" on each remote/keyboard at the same time. (I don't believe there is any way to automatically start the shows at the exact same time.)

Sure, you can do it. Just get a Active Matrix switch, like a good 4x2. I pump Sage to three TV's at the same time and have the same music going throughout the house.
I bought an extender because my son watches Sage (Dora the Explorer) all the time
