Question Tricks for Three Tuners!

I just put together a killer box,

865PERLL
3.2GHZ Prescott
2 x 512mb PC3200 Crucial
3 x PVR-250s
ATI 9600 Pro
Pioneer 107D
2 x 74gb Raptor WD 10k RAID 0

I'm having a couple issues getting it to have fun with all three tuners in there, Sage is pretending like one doesn't even exist? I put in a PVR-350 thinking it might be the tuner card, but Sage doesn't recognize it either. (Windows thinks all three are there, but since when you can you trust windows?)

Any ideas anyone? Is there something wrong with my hardware config?

Are all three PVR-250s the same chipset rev? I.e., all with heatsink (-15) or without (-16).

They all show up in device manager and show that they are working correctly?

Are they all the same version of 250s, ie do they all have heatsinks (v15s) or no heatsinks (v16s)?

Do you have any of them in PCI slot 1, the one next to the AGP slot? They're probably most likely to work in slots 2-4 since those are the least likely to share interupts.
