Shutter on HD-PVR recordings

I have an HD-PVR running on Sage 6.4.8 with 1.3 drivers. I have recorded a number of HD recording with the Hd-pvr, and I noticed once in a while a 1 sec shutter. Now if I rewind and play the scence again, the shutter is still there. So it seems to be in the recording itself. I just down graded to 1.1 drivers, but has anyone seen this?

Thanks

I have been getting some hesitations in my video that seems to have started with the ver 1.1 DD 5.1 drivers. The video pauses for about a second but the audio continues and the video jumps to catch up. Mine is in the recording as well and seems to happen two or three times each 5 mins of recording. I'm getting ready to try recording with TME and see if the results are the same.

Yup, that's what I get. I just downgraded to 1.1 drivers. See what happens.

By the way, what does TME mean?

Thanks

Total Media Extreme is the software that came on the CD with the HD PVR.

I'm noticing a slight stutter as well, not every 5 minutes (maybe every 15 or 20) and not nearly as long as a second, just barely noticable, but enough to catch your eye. Mostyl only see it in hockey games.

Am using the 1.1 drivers.

I am only getting stuttering in the few seconds as one show ends and the next show begins. It also happens as I change a channel. I don't think it is in the recording but I haven't confirmed that.

Anymore thoughts on this. I recorded bunch of HD movies from HBO, showtime, etc..., and so far all have been stuttering. These are only on the HDpvr recordings. I'm running 1.1 drivers.

thanks
