PVR 350 and Pal-N Argentina, not working in Sage 6.4

Unfortunately, this is not working out of the box.
The same computer is running BeyondTV and WinTv with a Hauppauge PVR 350 without any problem with Pal-N, so I assume I should not be a driver problem.
Should I manually change anything to the properties file ?
