Slow/pitched down audio over internet

I have just tried watching a show over the net for the first time, and the video seems to work OK, but the audio is playing back very slowly/pitched down. I don't know what this could be, I get the correct audio, but its out of sync and pitched down/slow. They both exhibit the same issue. It is streaming out at about 80k-100k/sec. This only happens with video recorded using my HD-PVR. Video recorded using my HD HomeRun works fine.

I'm almost positive Sage can't transcode HD-PVR files on the fly yet... You can schedule it to transcode overnight, or wait a bit longer - I think Sage is working on this.
