Sage setup, PDVD8 decoders not shown
I just performed a clean uninstall of Cyberlink PDVD7 ultra BD, and installed PDVD8 ultra. The cyberlink application and decoders work properly, but the directshow filters are not listed in SageTV setup.
Is this a directshow filter registration problem, or a sage issue? I will check tomorrow with a directshow filter manager to see if they show up as registered filters. I suppose the PDVD8 playback app doesn't care about their registration status since it knows how to call for them by name. How do I register these filters after installation? Had a serious problem with PDVD7 BD playing AVCHD clips, and version 8 seems to have resolved these issues. Thanks Benjamin

You must not be running the latest version of SageTV. With the latest version it shows up automatically.
