Problem with 2 video sources with identical channel lineup

I have two 2 video source or tuner cards. Both have the same identical channels line-up.

I would like to always use the first source to output video to my sagetv server machine to big screen living room TV. The 2nd source to always stream to sageclient.

Is there a way to do this?

If not, can I manually edit the channel lineup on the first source without it also changing the lineup on the second source, if they have the same lineup.

Reason is I found the 1st tuner to change channel much quicker and seem a tad sharper. Thanks
