MiniUI client error9

Twice now Sage has become completely unresponsive, has maxed out CPU and filled the log with:

Thu 9/25 21:09:02.567 MiniUI client error9:java.net.SocketException: Connection reset by peer: socket write error

I assume MiniUI is MVP or Placeshifter. I have 6 MVPs. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this problem?
