HVR-1600 Intermittent Tuning Issues
I have the HVR-1600 and have got it set up and working properly with SageTV. I am able to get more channels than with the WinTV crap that was packaged with the card, but there is still an issue I cannot seem to resolve because it is intermittent.
I use Nashville Comcast cable and for some reason, sometimes I get no signal from 2 specific HD channels (1-4 and 1-6). I know it's not the cable signal because I can reboot the machine and then it suddenly works. The other channels NEVER go out. Last night, I missed Heroes because the stupid thing recorded 3 hours of nothing because it was one of those intermittent times, yet when I tuned the HD channel, it came up fine. WTF?!?  Anyone here have and solve this issue?
