Cant Upgrade to 6.4 from 6.0.13.1
I have tried to upgrade to 6.4 with no success. I am running sage 6.0.13.1 with windows vista home premium. I make sure sagetv is closed and I click the exe installer. Everything installs in the same location as my current sagetv but when I check the version it always reads 6.0.13.1. It wont install 6.4 and I cant figure out why.I cant get my new hd pvr to work with out upgrading to 6.4 so any help would be nice.

What exact version number are you seeing -- on the System Information screen (use Info while on the Main Menu), is it saying that the Software Version or Current STV File is version 6.0.13.1? If it is the STV, you are probably still using a custom STV and should load SageTV3.xml as your STV.
Edit: based on someone else's comment, I think you are getting that version number from somewhere other than the System Info screen. - Andy

Thanks for your reply..I was reading the wrong info, it upgraded just fine but now my dvd cover art is very slow to populate. Instead of showing the title it shows a blank dvd for about 5 seconds and then the cover shows up. It does this every time a scroll down the list inside My Videos. Thanks for all of your help.

Thumbnail display is delayed until after a short time after user input stops so that the UI is more responsive while moving around.
You can set the delay for thumbnail loading in Detailed Setup -> Customize -> Inactivity Timeout. Also, chapter 8 of the PDF lists this & other changes. I suggest checking it out to see some of the documented changes. - Andy
