Arcsoft h.264 decoder question

Hi I have just installed the hd-pvr system in Sage, everything is working fine. I generated a few .ts files. I can play them back fine using the arcsoft h.264 decoder that is bundled with the hd-pvr. I tried to view the .ts files on a differnt computer using a retail version of total extreme that supports h.264. The video was excellent but no sound. Does anybody have any clues on this one?

Strangely, the paid version does not include the AAC audio decoder needed for HD-PVR recordings.
