Question Sage Pro MC Theme V0.08 for SageMC 16x9 STV V6.3.7

This is gplasky's theme.

I could not see a way to post this question as indicated on the download page so I put it here in hopes that he or someone can help me out.

I can not seem to get this installed (properly).

I have a few questions please:

Installation

Unzip the package into your Program Files\SageTV\SageTV\STVs\SageTV3\SageMCE\Themes folder.

I do not have a SageMCE folder. My path is : Program Files\SageTV\SageTV\STVs\SageTV3\Themes

First go and pick this as a theme. My Menu->Settings->Select Theme->Select. The list in the dialog box scrolls so go down and choose Sage Pro MC.

I do noy have this path either. Are we refering to the detailed settup menu, where I can select SDTV, 720P or 1080 Themes?

Once that is done and you are back at the Main Menu choose your "Options" button or right click and choose "Customize Screen Layout" ->Import/Export Layout->Import All.

I do not have an options button! Right clicking just brings up the video settings.

Go Up a Folder and browse to the Themes directory->SagePro MC directory and choose SageMC Pro.layout. Choose yes to overwrite and you should be all set to go.

I find the IMPORT (no import/export) in the detailed setup, and I can see/ locate the folder with the SageMC Pro.layout file, but it does not show up for me to select. So what I get is some sort of hybrid interface with the colors and a few icons, but not nearly like the screen captures shown.

What am I doing wrong or am I missing a file?

Thanks

If you don't have the SageTV3\SageMCE directory, then you don't appear to have SageMC installed. You have to have SageMC befure you can installe any themes for it. The rest of your problems seem to confirm this. First you must isntalled and select SageMC.

The theme does not control your menu layout. You need to right-click or the options button on your reomote and choose to import/export the layput and then import the layout that comes with the theme.

You shouldn't have to but did you shut Sage down and restart it? And did you also load the correct dynamic menu for it?
