6.4.6 - Tuning to the wrong inputs

I have two x HVR-2200 running with 6.4.6 on Vista 64 and have a strange tuning issue. First the config...

Board 1, Input 1 = DVB-T Capture (Free to Air) ** Channels 2 to 28
Board 1, Input 2 = DVB-T Capture (Free to Air) ** Channels 2 to 28
Board 2, Input 1 = Composite (From Cable Box) ** Channels 100 to 800

HDTV works fine not a issue. Not so the second board..
If I tune to channel 100 I get a free to Air HDTV channel. If I tune channel 100 or above which should be the cable box I get nothing, if I move the composite connector onto board 1 I get the appropriate input.

Its like irrespective of which board you address it only accesses the composite port on the first board.

Cheers

antplugger, you should do a bug submission. Looks like the Analog support for the HVR-2200 still has a few issues.

Submitted a bug. FIngers crossed.

Found another interesting situation. I swapped the inputs around so board number 1 was S-video and Board 2 was DVB-T (Using two different channel guide sources FTA and Foxtel). This worked fine in the tuner setup page when checking I could view channels but when I went to the guide I only saw 1 FTA channel and all of the Foxtel (S-video source) channels.

So I think its not so much an analog issue but a two card issue.

Cheers

Got a response from Sage

"The HVR-2200 driver is quite different in the way it handles the encode
setup. Currently only a single card will work for analog capture in SageTV
w/ the HVR-2200. We're working on a fix for this for a future version; but
it probably won't be in 6.4."

Bummer
