SageTV VDR Integration
Hi,
I've made some modifications to streamdev to use VDR as a recording backend to SageTV. It can be found here: http://trac.assembla.com/SageTV-VDR-Integration . It's at a very early stage, but if you feel adventurous, you might want to try it out. Markus. |

Hey Nightrader_,
Yes, it stands for "Video Disc Recorder". It is an open source software package for receiving mpeg streams from DVB devices. It has a lot of plugins, support for CAM, DVB EPG data and DVB-S2 HDTV with a device driver called "multiproto". Here's a wiki page about vdr: http://www.linuxtv.org/vdrwiki/index.php/Main_Page . Cheers, Markus |
