SageTV - Not Bad with QAM, but a few missing channels

Hey, long time sage user finally got a new hdtv and pvr-1800 to go along with the pvr-500 I had been using.
The qam setup wasn't too bad, it detected 5 clear hd channels and the first numbers of them all match what my samsung reported. 3 don't appear to be detected, but the samsung picks them up fine and so does tuning manually with czap (part of dvb-utils).

Two channels not picked up are listed as 5-802 and 5-808 on the samsung. WPCH and WGTV (both hd).

My dvb scan output has them like this (< added by me)
[0322]:79000000:QAM_256:49:52:802 < WPCH
[0328]:79000000:QAM_256:33:34:808 < WGTV
WGTV-HD:79000000:QAM_256:49:51:1
WGTV-SD:79000000:QAM_256:65:67:2
WGTV-SD2:79000000:QAM_256:81:83:3
[0006]:141000000:QAM_256:0:17:6
[0018]:141000000:QAM_256:0:657:24
[0007]:141000000:QAM_256:0:81:7

I can do czap [0322] and [0328] and watch them fine.
So the question is, how can I make sage use these frequencies since I know they're there and work fine.

Edit: version info

Correction. I was watching these channels with azap, not czap. (Even though I only am using cable) And the scan file was a default scan which is apparently terrestrial:

/usr/bin/scan:
-A N check for ATSC 1=Terrestrial [default], 2=Cable or 3=both

Could that be a problem for sage?

ok, sweet so I think I got it working.
I added these lines to the end of adapter0-QAM.frq:

CH:53 major:0 minor:1 prog:802 phy:5 frq:79000000 mod:11 inv:0 #TV105.1
CH:54 major:0 minor:2 prog:808 phy:5 frq:79000000 mod:11 inv:0 #TV105.2

Then I went into channel setup and manually added two channels,
station WPCHBO logical 7-1 physical 5-0-1
station WGTVDT logical 8-1 physical 5-0-2
and it worked! wheee!
