Play a music CD ?

Hi all,
As dumb as this might sound I am stumped as to how to play back a CD through SageMC ?
Put in a CD, press play..... simple ?

Any help good people ?

I noticed vanilla Sage has SageWMP, but this doesn't come through to SageMC.

I run a media center box with SageTV, Windows XP, etc

Sage doesn't support playing a physical CD. Rip the CD to your server. I know...it's crazy. But it is what it is. I never miss it. Plus with extenders that don't support a drive ripping it takes less than 5 minutes.

I think it is a conspiracy. Sage was some how wronged by playing a CD in it's early development, so the developers decided that in order to keep Sage as bug free as it is, not to include a CD player. That way, Sage is happy, and all of us are happy...at least, as long as we don't want to play a CD, as we received it for a birthday present, at Christmas, or for some other occasion, a delay is necessary in order to properly rip it, and store it.

Version 1.4 for SageTV V6.1

It looks like this is only available for the stock stv so I haven't bothered to check it out. Sounds like it should do the trick though. Anyone care to port it to sagemc?
