HD-PVR use 720p for PC clients

I changed the output on my DirecTV box from 1080i to 720p. All the annoying stuttering went away after the change.

CPU usage went from 40-50% to 20-30% on an Opteron 185 and 2gb RAM

I can fast forward, rewind without any sync issues too.

Image quality is still awesome.

This seems to be the result of the PAFF interlacing flags that the HD-PVR is setting. Either the decoder is not handling them correctly, or the HD-PVR is not setting them correctly. It honestly could be either one, as PAFF (and it's bastard step-brother MBAFF) are relatively new on the scene, so their implementation isn't all that ironed out. It would be nice if the HD-PVR had the option to turn it off though, as it would make a LOT of things work much smoother (MVP transcoding and such)
