question about 2 related (??) error codes

when i try to play a file recorded from my HD-PVR on my server i get the folloowing error "could not render audio portion (error code 5x80004002)" on my server. on my client i get the same error except the code is 5x80040200. if anyone has any details on what the error codes mean that would be helpful.

What are you using for video decoders?

oh my server, i had core AVC working. however, i could only watch the fair and sometimes good quality recordings. that's on a p4 2.4ghz. i bought a ati 2600pro agp to use the hardware acceleration. with that i tried cyberlink, which will play the videos in WMP but not sage.

my client is a core2duo 2.2ghz. i've only tried core avc with it. in WMP the videos play fine, but once again not in sage.

well i fixed my problem on both computers. i reinstalled the TME software on the server and installed it on the client. even though i still use the CyberLink decoders, for some reason i needed that installed. for anyone else having audio render problems try this, it may help you as well.
