Channel Changing Problem
I am running sagetv 5.04. I recently reinstalled and I have seemed to have developed a problem using the remote to enter in channel numbers. Basically, when in the programming guide and trying to enter in a channel number for example say 500, the guide accepts the 5 then 0 and automatically moves the guide to channel 50. I did a bit of research in the forums and added this line to my properties file ui/channel/max_digits=4,but no change. I'm not sure what other options there are available to change. Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

I had a similar problem and got some improvement by messing with the timing of the channel changes. See this thread. It didn't solve my issues but it did help. I think I need to do some more experimenting. Hopefully this helps you.
